We serve three meals a Day-Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The food is Sattvik, healing and as per Ayurveda principles. We consciously add ingredients which help in reducing cortisol levels and elevating feel good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. Also, we include rich sources of magnesium like leafy vegetables to our diet which is important for neural transmission and nerve health.
Each meal contains foods high on Pranic energy like fresh fruit &vegetable salads, sprouts & microgreens. We also add anti-inflammatory elements like turmeric, cumin seeds, ginger etc. in all our food preparations.
