This yoga program is for those who are new to yoga practice and want to go for a short term program.

The 100-hour yoga teacher training course (TTC), is the Part of the certified 200 Hour Yoga teacher training course. If you have limited time than you may complete the 100 Hours of Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) and the second 100 hours of Yoga teacher training course anytime at our yoga school within the year to complete the 200 Hours of Yoga teacher training course.

The aim of this course is to raise the awareness of yoga and gain the understanding and depth of yogic principles and lifestyles. Regardless of whether you want to become professional or want to improve your knowledge of yoga, this course will help you. We treat all students as a family and make sure whatever we teach that makes a difference in their life. You will feel at home in our facilities and the accommodation we provide. We are certain that this journey will be the beginning of the transformative experience for you.

RYT certification & Yoga Alliance Affiliation

Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance after another 100 hours as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

Pre-application required

There is no specific yoga background required for this course, your dedication is enough. This course is taught from the very root of yoga so it's easy for you to understand that. The teachers are dedicated to sharing their knowledge with the students. It is good to have a self-motivation throughout your practice. Your practice requires dedication, commitment, and discipline. Please install the Zoom or WhatsApp application to attend the live sessions. Your own mat and notebook are required at all the time.

How the training works

All levels will be explained with the variations so that it would be easy for you to cope up with the class and according to your own limits. All theories and practical sessional will be explained. Students can start any time after 48 hours of booking.

The classes will be on Zoom and you are requested to ask your queries at any time. At the end of the last week, there will be a practical and theoretical exam. The course will be done in a friendly environment of learning with dedicated teachers who have the best experience of yoga teaching for years. The online sessions will be accompanied by proper manuals on Google Drive.

This 100-hour online yoga teacher training invites every individual regardless of your personal experience in yoga. This class focuses on creating a syllabus that covers important asanas and the ideal method to teach them. You will learn how to adjust the poses. The practice of asana and pranayama is important for a yogi to solidify the mind, body, and soul. You will be having rehearsals of numerous yoga asana and techniques of pranayama to get the physical posture and enable the conscious and proper control of the breath.

Flexible duration

What you will get?

This is a self-paced training session. You can extend your course for 1 year. During this course we will be providing you-

  • A multi-style yoga course of Ashtanga, Hatha, and vinyasa yoga.
  • 14 days of live sessions and 80-90 Hours of recorded sessions.
  • If you are unable to join the live session then a recorded session for the same will be provided to practice at your own pace.
  • Course can be started anytime, can be completed in 1 month or can be extended maximum up to 6 months with recorded access.
  • Downloadable manuals, E-books, and reading material will be provided.
  • Every day live session is scheduled at 7 am-8 am, 10 am-11 am, and 4 pm-5:30 pm as per Indian Standard Time.
  • A student is free to choose the suitable time slots as per the availability.
  • Exam will be conducted to ensure proper learning.
  • Everyday homework will be sent to the WhatsApp group to build your skills and knowledge.
  • Certification of completion will be awarded, where you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, the USA.
  • Classes will be held on the Zoom app.
  • You will be practicing as a lead instructor. Payment can be done 30% in advance and rest at the joining.
